The 2016 Ford F-150 is a masterpiece. It’s built upon all the successes and failures of its predecessors, and it shows.

From the streets to shows and everything in between, hogs perform well. They scare Prius drivers, set off car alarms, and pop wheelies just for the heck of it.

Build can be interesting and unpredictable. Even if you go in with a solid plan, budget, and time frame in which you hope to accomplish the feat, it often doesn’t go that way.

Building up a bike can be exciting. This is especially true when the ride means something to you. Maybe it was owned by a parent, passed on from a friend, or has just been great to you over the years.

While sometimes change can be a blessing, sometimes the best thing is to stay the same. While this usually doesn’t apply to regular and expected change in our world, it can apply to things like build quality, styling, and other mechanical realities.
